From our family to your shelves

Every drop of AETHERA honey comes from the unique flora of Kos, harvested with care and respect for nature. As a family operation, we insist on transparency: lab analyses, traceability and photo QC before every shipment.

As we grew, we built professional systems around our values. Transparency is fundamental: laboratory analyses, full traceability, and photo quality control are completed before every shipment.

Today, we work with importers, delicatessen retailers, and HORECA partners across Europe, supplying consistent batches and premium, shelf-ready packaging—while gradually expanding our portfolio to include other high-quality Greek products that meet the same standards.
